By accessing or using the Cloud Engineer Hub website (“the Service”) located at cloudengineerhub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and purchasers of digital products. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cloud Engineer Hub grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and download purchased digital products (PDFs, PowerPoint decks, PowerShell scripts, .intunewin packages, and other materials) for your own individual study and professional use.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any purchased material, in whole or in part.
• Upload our content to file-sharing sites, internal wikis accessible to non-purchasers, or public repositories.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
• Use our content to train automated AI/ML models without prior written consent.

Violation of these license terms will result in immediate termination of your account and entitlements, without refund, and may expose you to legal liability under applicable copyright law.

Our MD-102 and AZ-104 mock tests consist of original, scenario-based questions authored by our team. They are designed to test the same competencies and difficulty level as the official Microsoft exams.

We do not claim, imply, or guarantee that our questions appear on any actual Microsoft certification exam. Using our mock tests does not guarantee a pass on any certification. Microsoft, MD-102, AZ-104, and related marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; Cloud Engineer Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

Certificates of completion issued by Cloud Engineer Hub are not industry-recognized certifications. They acknowledge that you completed a practice test on our platform.

The LogLens RCA Analyzer processes diagnostic log files entirely in your browser. No log content is uploaded to or stored on our servers. Saved sessions store only the metadata and findings you explicitly choose to persist on your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any log files you analyze do not contain information whose disclosure would violate your organization's data-handling policies. We are not liable for any consequences arising from analyzing logs that contain regulated or sensitive data.

The findings and remediation suggestions produced by LogLens are informational only and should be validated by a qualified engineer before being applied in production.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the one displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways (Razorpay and others). We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

Refund policy: Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable by default. We will consider refund requests only in the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical failure on our end and could not be re-delivered within 7 days.
• The product materially differs from its description on our store at the time of purchase.
• Duplicate charges for the same order.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Contact support@cloudengineerhub.com with your order ID to request a refund.

For products marketed with “Lifetime Free Updates”, Cloud Engineer Hub commits to providing all future content additions, script expansions, and material revisions for that specific product at no additional cost to verified purchasers.

“Lifetime” refers to the active commercial life of the product as determined by Cloud Engineer Hub. We reserve the right to discontinue a product line with at least 90 days' notice, during which existing purchasers will retain access to all already-delivered content.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent entitlement controls, or engage in abusive behavior toward our team or other users.

One account per individual. Sharing login credentials with non-purchasers is a violation of these Terms and will result in termination without refund.

All content on Cloud Engineer Hub — including text, graphics, logos, code, scripts, mock test questions, and software — is the property of Cloud Engineer Hub or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Microsoft, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, MD-102, AZ-104, and all related marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Cloud Engineer Hub is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.

The Service and all digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any mock test score correlates with performance on official certification exams.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Engineer Hub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any application of LogLens RCA findings in production environments.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes that affect existing purchasers' rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or an in-dashboard announcement.
